PNB02 - Schizophrenia
PNB02 mimics the receptor occupancy profile of the first in class
antipsychotic Clozapine, without the unwanted high antagonism
towards the histaminergic and acetylcholine muscarinic
recep-tors responsible for important adverse events.
In the near future with PNB02 we will enter a regulatory
appro-val program to enter phase II in the indication of
schizophrenia.
